Meatloaf & Mashed Potatoe Cupcakes - I modified by using a meatloaf mix (beef, veal and pork), no worstershire sauce, lightened the ketchup in the mix and no ketchup on top (when cooking)... For an after cooked glaze/dipping sauce I mix ketchup and brown sugar to taste. (make sure you sift the sugar so its not lumpy)...
